Delivering superior claims service means more than carrying out contractual responsibilities. It means providing the highest level of professionalism and fairness.

Crum & Forster offers 4 ways for you to report new losses:

  1. By phone, any time of the day or night, by calling 1-800-690-5520. A Crum & Forster representative is ready to make immediate contact with you when a loss is of an emergency nature.
  2. By fax, directly to any one of our local claims offices.
  3. Online, using our secure site for policyholders and producers, if you already have an ID and Password issued by the Company.  If you do not have an ID and Password, contact your local claims office to register for access.
  4. By email, using line-of-business-specific email addresses (below) you can report your loss quickly to the appropriate claims handling location.
