Crum & Forster is proud to have been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth year in a row. Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

The prestigious award collects data on what current employees think about their experience working at C&F. This year, 96% of C&F’s nearly 2,500 U.S. employees participating in the survey said the company is a great place to work. The award is also based on an evaluation of our programs and benefits.

Fortune Best Workplaces

Crum & Forster has been honored with Fortune Best Workplaces recognitions in several areas as Certified by the Great Place To Work® organization.

Since 2022, C&F has been listed among Fortune Best Workplaces in New York (2022, 2023, 2024), and to the roster of Fortune Best Workplaces for Financial Services & Insurance (2022, 2023, 2024), Women (2023, 2024), Parents (2023), and Millennials (2024).

Fortune partnered with the people analytics firm Great Place To Work® to develop the rankings, which are based on stringent criteria for quantifying and benchmarking the employee experience. Using their proprietary Trust Index Survey, Great Place To Work® surveys employees and measures the core of what they know creates great workplaces – key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company.

100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces

Crum & Forster was named one of the 2023 top 100 adoption-friendly workplaces in the United States by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.  The list recognizes organizations with the most robust adoption benefit programs, comparing financial reimbursement and paid leave offered to employees who adopt, based on a survey of organizations across the country.

C&F continues to expand its overall parental benefits by providing qualifying mothers, fathers and/or domestic partners (regardless of gender) with up to 12 weeks of leave paid at 100% of actual base salary to care for and bond with their newborn or newly placed child, including adoption and/or foster care.

2023 Aetna Well-being Award

Aetna recently named Crum & Foster a ‘Making a Difference’ Gold-level Aetna Workplace Well-being Award winner.  This is the third consecutive year C&F’s wellness program has been honored.

Aetna uses its annual Workplace Well-being Award program to celebrate companies and institutions that show a commitment to creating a healthier workplace for employees through innovative programs.
