State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:
- Must be posted in one or more conspicuous places at each insured location.
- The New Mexico Posting Notice will print on two pages of 8.5” x 11” paper to be taped together.
- The New Mexico Notice of Accident is a 2-part carbonless form that may be obtained from the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration at: 1-800-255-7965 or email requests to: wca.hotline@state.nm.us
