Our Inclusivity Council demonstrates our commitment to this goal. The Inclusivity Council is comprised of a diverse group of cross-divisional senior leaders who are passionate about and committed to creating an environment that:
- encourages increased diversity across the organization,
- establishes and advances a culture of equity and belonging, and
- amplifies each employee’s potential by making C&F a safe place for everyone
ERG Donations & Volunteerism
In 2022 our ERGs chose several diversity-related organizations for corporate support totaling over $60,000 in employee-driven donations. Our employees have also actively volunteered with many of these organizations creating ongoing links between our employees and the communities we serve. Some examples include:
- SAGE, the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ older people.
- United Negro College Fund (UNCF), who’s mission is to build a robust and nationally-recognized pipeline of under-represented students who become highly-qualified college graduates.
- Heart of Dinner, who’s mission works to directly address food insecurity and isolation experienced by Asian American seniors.
- Girls on the Run, a organization that reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Underscoring the important connection between physical and emotional health, our program addresses the whole girl when she needs it the most.
